Major Renovations Abound!
Sometimes a home improvement project can take on a life of it's own - at least that's what it seems like lately around Mishkin World Headquarters (also known as our humble abode) - as we near completion on phase I of our current project: painting the house.

We'll post an after picture once it's all done... the contractor
swears it will be done by Tuesday -- hey that was last Tuesday!!
Next up on the list: the fence! This should be very interesting, too. You see, since we have bankrupted ourselves on the roof repair/ paint job, we plan to build our new fence out of an ingenious mixture of mud, sticks and dried yak dung - stay tuned!

Mackenzie goes double-digits
